Learn to build brands worth remembering

bridge the distance between what you do and how you say it

A brand is memory. What people remember when you’re not in the room. What they say when they recommend you. What makes them choose you over silence. Requires deep understanding and expert management to generate trust, differentiation, and relevance through communication.

↓ What follows is a glimpse into bespoke training in branding and brand communication, adapted to the specific challenges of NGOs, foundations, and impact organisations. ✺

Everything drawn from my experience working with brands, projects, and people.

the why

Great projects that operate in silence. Teams transforming lives but not finding the words to share their story. Real impact gets buried under poor narrative. This work matters too much for weak communication.

the what for

These training programmes aim to teach how to build coherent, memorable, and mobilising brands so that social and environmental organisations can elevate their brand communication. And keep changing lives.

you'll learn to:

build coherent brand systems

craft narratives that mobilise

design ethical comms strategies

manage brands with consistency

…and more

MY VIEW:

No training is useful if disconnected from reality. My teaching methodology combines rigour, creativity, and practical tools. Ideas, questions. Think of it as a window into “how I work.”

Before telling any story, you must ask: what’s the real purpose? Where are the tensions? What change do we want to measure? Everything I know about communication begins with listening. When I stand before a group of people seeking to learn, that’s where I start too.

I begin with the “being” of a brand, not its “seeming.” A brand without internal coherence is just noise. And noise transforms nothing.

Narrative, design, and planning work together, or they don’t work at all.
I teach strategies where logic (data, purpose, coherence) and creativity (stories, visuals, emotion) feed each other.

Why? I believe creativity without conscience is empty spectacle. Conscience without creativity is flat. Together, they transform.

No theoretical frameworks that can’t be used. Templates, methodologies, exercises that work day to day. Examples I use to organise ideas, to make decisions, to build guidance that makes sense (instead of rigid templates).

There are thousands of tools floating around. The valuable skill is knowing how to build the ones that make sense in each case.

in what format?

Ideally, in person with groups of maximum 15 people. Work always flows better, progress happens in groups, and individual peculiarities can be addressed.

But larger classes are possible too, online, recorded… Everything depends on the training objectives and how we decide to meet them.

ethics applied to communication

How to communicate without falling into things called ‘greenwashing’, ‘pinkwashing’, ‘purplewashing’… which can also be called deceptive practices. Empty trends. Or simply, disconnected from the project’s actual activity.
